PRODUCT SEARCH

Product search form is located on the right side of the screen. In order to avoid mistakes you can use partial names in the search.

Example: To search for glass you may enter the word glass and click search , and all items with the word glass in the description will appear on the screen.

You will receive a welcome email and with your own password, which was utilized to register, will have full access to our website. SHOPPING CART 

After logging into our site(password protected for registeredcustomers).You can place an order by choosing the item and choosing the quantity that you would like to order (since our products are sold by minimum order quantities,  the drop down boxes for the products show the minimum quantities that the items must be purchased in)and simply click on the button “add to cart” located under each product or on the top of the main screen(y(you may choose a number of items in the product catagory atthe same time and add them all to your cart at once) and it will add the item and bring you to your shopping cart, if you wish to add more of  that item, you can do so in the shopping cat click on the order more tab and click on the qty that you would like your order to be increased by from the drop down box for that item, then click on the recalculate tab. Then to continue shopping you click on  "keep shopping" and you will be returned to the product list. When you have completed your order in the shopping cart screen clikc on proceed to the checkout and fill in the necessary information to process your order.  If you later decide not to order one or more items you can click on the “x” link button located beside each product record on your shopping cart and that item will be deleted, or if you wish to decrease the quantity of the item delete it completely and re-order it. Click “continue” when your shopping cart is complete.  (see ORDERING)

ORDERING

Order form will display all items previously added to the shopping cart and billing information. If you want to ship your order to a different address, please uncheck “Shipping address is same as billing address” and you will be prompted to enter shipping address. Please click button “continue” when finished. Please note, that minimum order is set for each location and you may receive a pop-up window with information on your minimal order. You may go back and revise the items you have ordered or contact us directly if you want to discuss special delivery options. Please note, that we do not process any payments online. A representative will contact you regarding your order value, freight(if applicable) and to arrange the most convenient method of payment.
